Cary C. Murray has been practicing law since 2008 with a focus on complex commercial litigation and corporate restructuring. She has vast experience before federal, bankruptcy and state courts across the country litigating a wide array of disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, corporate malfeasance, fraud, professional malpractice, commercial lease and contracts and land use disputes. Ms. Murray has represented both debtors and creditors in standard restructuring matters as well as bankruptcy and litigation trustees seeking to recover estate assets through avoidance actions and actions against corporate insiders.

Ms. Murray received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 2005 and received her law degree from University of Maryland in 2008. Ms. Murray is licensed in the State of California.
