Lobel Weiland Golden Friedman LLP Announces Newest Partner Beth E. Gaschen

Costa Mesa, CA – February 4, 2016

Lobel Weiland Golden Friedman LLP, one of the largest and most experienced bankruptcy boutique law firms in California, is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2016, senior associate Beth E. Gaschen was promoted to partner.

Gaschen assists clients in their bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including business and bankruptcy-related litigation. She represents chapter 11 debtors, trustees, official committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and others, in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Gaschen served a three year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California, and the Honorable John E. Ryan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
