Mr. Golden has also been selected by his peers as one of the best 50 lawyers in Orange County in the Super Lawyers® 2022 list.

Mr. Golden concentrates his practice in the areas of business reorganization and complex receivership and bankruptcy litigation in the state and federal courts. He is a federal and state receiver, bankruptcy trustee, examiner and assignee for assignments for the benefit of creditors (a California form of bankruptcy). Mr. Golden also serves as an expert witness in federal and state criminal and civil matters. He was selected to receive the OCBF’s Judge Peter M. Elliott Award for outstanding ethics, scholarship and contribution and the CDCBAA’s Judge Calvin Ashland “Trustee of the Year” Award. Mr. Golden is an adjunct professor of bankruptcy law at the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Goodrich is a certified legal specialist in bankruptcy law and focuses on business reorganization and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Goodrich is a federal and state receiver, chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustee, examiner and assignee for assignments for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Goodrich is a 9th Circuit representative and the vice president of the California Bankruptcy Forum.

Ms. Gaschen concentrates her practice on bankruptcy/insolvency matters and business and bankruptcy-related litigation. She represents debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, asset purchasers, and others in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, as well as out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Gaschen also represents receivers and assignees for the benefit of creditors.
